By purchasing LoYo Body products you recognize and accept the fact that that some natural ingredients, essential oils in particular, may still cause sensitivity in susceptible individuals and that LoveYourself Body will not be held responsible for such occurrences. We encourage those with sensitive skin to patch test on the skin before regular usage.

Are you products Organic?

We combine both Organic and Natural ingredients in our formulas. We identified all *Organic and Non-Organic ingredients listed on our product listing and labels.

Are your products animal tested?

NO. Our products are only tested on human skin during formulation phase.

Are your products preservative free?

Most of our water-based products contain a natural preservative called Benzoin Resin (Styrax Tonkinensis) and or Organic Alcohol which helps to prevent the growth of mold and bacteria.

What is your Return Policy?

We understand our products are not for everyone. Your satisfaction is our top priority and we will do what we can to ensure your happiness with every purchase.

We offer complimentary returns within 15 days of purchase.

To return, please email us hello@loyobody.com with your name, order number, and items you would like to return to start the process.

Once we receive the package and inspect the product(s), the total amount minus the original shipping cost will be returned back to your original form of payment.

The returned item must have at least 50% or more of the product left in the bottle/jar in order to qualify. If the product does not meet the return requirements, store credit will be issued instead. We are unable to accept returns of partial sets or bundles.

Once the return is approved, please allow 10 days for the return to be processed.

PLEASE NOTE:

*Our Credit Rewards Program cannot be granted under our Return Policy. Unfortunately, we are not able to refund original or return shipping charges.

We can only accept products purchased from our website.

LoYo Body does not refund orders for packages that are lost or stolen.

What if I forgot to order my free Rewards Kit?

No worries! We got you! If you are ready to ship your four empty jars and don’t have a rewards kit, please contact us at hello@loyobody.com to help you.

Can I order more than one Rewards Kit?

At this time, we can only include one Rewards Kit per order.

What if I lost my pre-paid label or shipping box.

Can I use my return pre-paid label to return items I don’t want?

Yes, but keep in mind you have to email us at hello@loyobody.com to approve and process your return. Pre-paid label charges will be deducted from your product price. See Return Policy for details.
